Spring is here, and that means one thing: pre-wedding season is officially in full bloom! We kicked things off in the best possible way with an amazing shoot that had all the right ingredients—a beautiful couple, perfect weather, and flowers everywhere. For once here in Malta, it felt like Mother Nature decided to go all out for this one.
Pre-wedding shoots are some of my favorite sessions because they’re all about capturing the excitement and anticipation that comes before the big day. There’s no rush, no timelines—just time to relax, have fun, and let me do what I do best

Some shoots just stay with you, and this pre-wedding session at Buskett Gardens and Għar Lapsi is definitely one of those!
This incredible couple brought so much energy, love, and chemistry to the session. Honestly, they made my job way too easy—super photogenic and just a joy to be around. Add in their adorable dogs (because let's be real, dogs make everything better), and it was a recipe for perfection.
We started at Buskett Gardens, where the lush greenery and soft light set such a dreamy mood. There’s something magical about how the sunlight filters through the trees there. Then we headed to Għar Lapsi, and wow—the golden hour light on the rugged coastline was just stunning. It’s moments like this where I pinch myself and think, “I get to call this work?”
This shoot was one of my absolute favorites of the year. Everything came together perfectly—the locations, the light, and of course, this amazing couple and their pups. And as if this wasn’t enough, their wedding later on was just as incredible (but I’ll save that story for another post!).
